"We have rented from Sammy’s A to Z rentals before. The car seat rentals save our kids a lot of hassle when they fly to see us…less to juggle through the airport! We have also rented strollers. Their service is top notch and they are GREAT to deal with if there is ever a change or an issue. Highly recommend this business."

"I took a chance with trying a new rental place while in Siesta Key. I had a 10 month old baby and none or our rentals were at the condo when we arrived. We could not get ahold of anyone so we had to buy a pack and play at 10 pm! I called the next am and we finally got our original order later the second day. We were only at the beach for 3 days so we missed 1.5 days of using the stroller and large beach umbrella which was not optimal given the short stay. I understand mistakes can happen. What I was most disturbed by and will drive me not to use this company again was the lack off any follow up by the owners offering an apology and some type of discount for missing 1.5 of our equipment rental. We paid the whole price despite the lack of equipment for 1.5 days of my 2.5 day trip and had to buy an 80.00 pack and play and I had to pay another 40.00 to ship home. I would not be writing this review if there would have been any kind of service recovery attempt. It's been three weeks since my visit to Siesta Key and there has been no attempt to follow up with me. I had requested and was told while I was there that the owner(s) would contact me."

"This is my family’s go to place when going to the beach. Usually we’ll reserve ahead of our trip but we forgot to grab a few things when leaving the house on this latest trip and didn’t realize until 5min from the beach. I called when at their front door and they were still able to provide our rental at this last minute, with above and beyond service. Their number is saved in my phone… looking forward to seeing them and that beautiful beach again real real soon!"

"We rented a baby crib from this business on one day notice and they delivered and picked up with no hassles. It came with a mattress and crib sheet. They even resolved a small computer issue with our original reservation with a simple phone call. Excellent service and pleasant to work with. Would rent from them again."

"Gave us a one day rental on an umbrella and chairs. Even provided a cordless drill to make it easy to 'plant' the umbrella on the sand. Nice big umbrella. Nice chairs. Very pleasant girl coordinated the rental. Easy to pick up and return the items at a self-service locked place just outside Siesta Key. Reasonably priced. Thank you A-Z!"
