"Mixed bag here. Plusses are that rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Minuses are that the wifi is not very good, and that there were plumbing issues with no water at all for many hours, one day, then again 2 days later for only 1.5 hours due to a leak they had. Hotel management did make amends however. Some of our lamps in the room weren't working. Call before staying here and make sure their plumbing is working. Overall the friendly, accomodating staff and nice rooms compensate for some of the inconveniences."

"Our favorite place for our weekend-get-aways - I could live here~! The beds are comfy, suites attractive with full, albeit small kitchenette, living room with seating for 4, desk and dining table with seating for 2. Doors to all rooms are are wheelchair accessible, including the bathroom. Very quiet rooms, I might add, are noise-proofed. Free hot breakfast is included with the room and the coffee is always good (try the bold). Front desk staff is friendly and helpful~! There's ample seating outside both by the pool and under the arbor by the firepit and grill. Parking is free."

I need to travel a lot for work and stayed at Marriott facilities at many locations but hands down, this is the best! Have had so many good experiences here and that’s exactly why I keep coming back here whenever I’m in Orlando!"

"The staff are genuinely very caring, nice and accommodating. However, the management have proven to be irrational and inconsiderate on several occasions. Case in point, Hurricane Idalia is passing through, it's raining outside and the manager closed the Room to the complimentary coffee machine and is forcing patroness to purchase Starbucks coffee at the bar. WHAT A WAY TO SHOW YOUR LOYAL PATRONES HOW MUCH YOU APPRECIATE THEIR BUSINESS!!!!!"
