"Shout out to MAX for helping us out on a Saturday evening!!! He came over as soon as he heard we were having an issue. Max then proceeded to not only detect the issue but had the parts on hand and repaired everything within minutes!! We are so thankful for all the hard work this maintenance team puts in year round for this establishment that is our current home. Just wanted to take a moment and shine a light on Max for his professionalism and efficiency. I almost forgot to mention, he even took off his shoes when entering our home (it was a rainy day), which did not go unnoticed!! Thank you Max!!!"

"An updated review after being here for a few years: We are still very happy with the property and the management team. Responses to our requests are always fast and on point. Max from the maintenance team is really great! He came right away for repair jobs whenever we opened a ticket. Everything from electrical to plumbing was done quickly and efficiently. We recently had Joshua's help with the stove top, and Juan C. H. for electrical work. He took care of our problems quickly and professionally. We were impressed that he even took care of details and cleaned the cover plates without us asking. A total joy to work with. We highly recommend this rental property! A great place to live if you are thinking about Lake Mary/ Sanford/ Heathrow area. Excellent location and it's very convenient/ close to many stores. The property is beautiful and well kept as you can see in the photos taken on site. Kristina, Manny, Stephanie, Max, Jonathan and Christian from the management and maintenance team are all very helpful. Any issues that we had were taken care of very quickly and professionally. We recommend this place."

"The support from the staff is one of the best aspects of living at this property. Josh is super friendly and experienced. Peter is also great. The front office staff are easy to interact with and always cheerful which is nice. Work orders and any issues that I point out are quickly resolved. I like the community here - it's quiet and peaceful. I'm giving 4 stars because there are issues in regards to the aging of the property, but again, issues are quickly attended to."

"This community is a hidden gem. The atmosphere and the beautiful landscaping are amazing. My family and I have lived here since November and maintenance has always been very attentive and the office staff are always willing to help. I love my vaulted ceilings, the den space, my upgraded kitchen and the absolute best part..... the huge closets and beautiful lakes views!!!!!! I can hear the fountain as I sleep and it's so peaceful. Theres also alot of wildlife and birds and cute baby ducks! 10/10 would recommend!"
