"Disgusting customer service, we brought our kids into the store to buy stuff and asked why the store was 40% off and the “owner” was very rude and gave a nasty reply. We asked if we did something wrong she essentially said we asked a dumb question. I’ve never experienced anything like it."
"The store has fun things however the customer service is TERRIBLE. All I did was walk to the slime section. I wasn’t greeted with kindness instead I got accused of stealing. She has so right to accuse me of such things because I was just shopping like a normal person. I believe that this was racism. She immediately assumed that I was a criminal because of the color of my skin!"
"I have been to this particular store a few times looking for collectible items. They have a good collection of statues and figures from Neca. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the store last time, Cindy, who was very kind and very helpful. I ended up buying a teenage mutant ninja turtles Donatello 1/4 scale for $150. Cindy also gave me her business card in case I needed other collectible items for the future. The store is super eclectic, from calendars all the way to collectibles and board games. I definitely recommend checking out the store. My only suggestion for the store would be for them to be more flexible with pricing. Some items tend to sit on the shelf for a long time, and it would be nice for them to be a bit more negotiable with certain items. Nonetheless, the experience has been fantastic. Thank you Cindy and the clerks at Go!"
"Would give this place a one star but the store itself was fine, it was the customer service. So I walked in quietly looking around until I had a question to ask so I went to the register. When I got there it was two old ladies and one of then was heated as she was reading a message from her phone to her coworker and she was clearly upset. The other clerk acknowledged me and I asked her my question and the mad one surprisingly answered me fine and I went about my business. After a couple of minutes I pick something out but I was curious if this item had a sale, like buy one get one 50% off type thing. I asked the women that was upset and she answers me with slight attitude saying that if it was on sale it would say on the item and where it was there would be a sign. I did see a sign talking about the bogos for certain dolls so I was curious if this was one of those dolls. Eventually I decided to buy the doll I wanted but I was kinda of hesitant because I was nervous the kid I was buying it for wouldn't like it so I asked the cashier(the mad one) if I would be able to return it and she gives me the only attitude and says "why would you buy something you think you would return?". One that didn't even answer my question because I just wanted to know what the return policies were and two that question was clearly trying to make me feel dumb. I kept it cool and explained to her why I asked and still with this bothered look on her face she says "I can out it on hold for you", but I just ended up buying it. She didn't even tell me have a nice day, nothing. This is the best part though, as I'm walking away I hear her telling her coworker "why would someone want to buy something then ask if it could be returned?" But she clearly was annoyed and was talking bad about me. I work in retail so I get silly questions all the time but me wanting to know the return policy was not one of them, she needs to get her attitude in check and not let some guy that owes her money affect her work ethic. L employee."
"My older teenage daughter went to see a movie a few days ago and i gave her a few extra dollars to shop after the movie ended. Her and a friend were quietly looking around the store when an employee told them that if they're not 18 they can't shop there alone. It's not a XXX shop. Ridiculous. She came home so upset she was unable to purchase the Sonic the Hedgehog calendar she had been wanting. I told her it's okay, we'll save money buying it online anyway. What a way to lose customers and money in a dying mall."
