"Stood in line for 15 minutes to pay for 2 items while the cashier worked at a snail speed to check out ONE person who had maybe 40 items (not exaggerating but good for them.) The poor couple in front of me looked so uncomfortable at how long she was taking. I've never seen someone work so slow. Took a really long time for her to call for help and for someone to actually show up. Workers don't coordinate and help each other in order to make customer have a reasonable experience. Fitting room is surprisingly filthy. Finishing on the clothes hangers coming off and disgusting to touch. Difficult to look through clothing as they are packed so tightly on the racks you can't move the hangers to thumb through. No logical order to the types of clothing being placed on the racks together, somewhat haphazardly. I know it's corporate and the workers don't have control over certain things. This company could do better."

"Edit 2023: This place went from selling shelves and mannequins so reviving itself after the pandemic. Looking at it now, you'd never know it had "store closing" signs up years ago. Although I do have to say the building could use some refurbishment and the prices while better than competitors by football fields is still higher than you should pay for the quality esspecially when 80% of the tops are crops. Original review 2020: store is very obviously closing down which is unfortunate because the mall that it's in is becoming run down itself so having a very popular chain such as this there was helping keep them all afloat. They haven't put up going out of business sale signs yet but everything is currently 70% off and they aren't restocking anything it's very obvious it's to the point that they're just clearing out the store front I honestly don't know what's going to replace this ."
