"Today i had worst experience in this store. They people work there didn’t care about customers at all. I been there so many times but never feel bad like today i was crying in my car because they was they treated me. The guy work there talked bad to me and try to kick me out the store when I wanted to return some clothes i was buy online. They didn’t find my information all things i bought there gone. Even I spent few thousand dollars in last year for Express. I was trying with my phone and email but nothing show up. I had membership but nothing in there. They show me like i didn’t buy anything from Express. I don’t know what i can say now for a worst shopping ever in my life. And the guy just kick me out . Hope everyone can read it."

"The store manager and staff are great. I come in today to return my online order and totally forgot my credit card is closed and the new card is still on the way. I couldn’t sign in my online bank to get the new card number. The manager - Colby - helps me with other option. I appreciate him so much for helping me."

"I really like the store in the items they sell, but I just went in and asked the tall female by the fitting room two questions, and she didn’t acknowledge me or say a word at all. Super awkward. She just opened the door for me and walked away."

"I went in last Monday night. Not 1 person greeted me nor did any one ask if I needed help. I was shopping for gifts plus I was looking for a specific item I wanted for myself. I don't think anyone there likes there jobs or customers. I actually said good evening to one associate hanging merchandise up and she didn't even bother to acknowledge me. I left empty handed after 20 minutes. I went to International mall in Tampa the next day and got what I was looking for including exceptional customer service. I won't be back to this particular express."

"This is my favorite store and my favorite place to buy jeans. I love them because I can get their jeans in petites. Most places you can’t find petite sizes. Nice looking jeans with so many different looks. Beautiful dresses too."
