"I love this hotel. Rooms are big and spacious, clean and comfortable for families. Small bar downstairs. Breakfast is very good. Staff is always great with check in and outs."

"We spent two nights it’s a great hotel nice room. Beds are not bad. The only issue we had was the housekeeping is by request only ? We were not made aware of this, we returned from a long day at Bush Gardens to an un made room. So be aware of this new reality. Also if your room is overlooking the pool that is lit up like the sun at night you have to play with the tiny shade too."

"I regularly stay at this SpringHill location for business and when my family is in town, and it is consistently a wonderful experience. In particular, Sylvia (a staff member) is always kind, helpful, and incredibly prompt when assisting me throughout the duration of my stay. I always look for Sylvia whenever I stay here, and she always welcomes me with a smile and stops by for a brief chat. As long as the staffing (and rooms and amenities) remain as great as they are, I will continue to stay at this SpringHill. If you are looking for a hotel to stay when you're in town (or even when you're visiting Tampa/Orlando), I would strongly recommend that you stay here!"

"Nice hotel far as facilities and location. However, they do employ very disrespectful staff and thieves. My husband took his ring off just before leaving to shower, wash his hands and lotion up. I called to inform the staff of his wedding band being left behind. Of course they immediately said nothing was left even before checking. Long story short no ring! I called the next day early to check and speak with management. Only to be rudely spoken to and cut short by Ashley at the front desk. Who had the audacity to inform me that iPads, laptops, watches and other items of way more value have been turned in. First off how do you know the value of a 2.5 carat band that you claim no one has turned in. Plus, a band has a sentimental value that can’t be replaced. I know my husband ring has been pocketed by a very dishonest employee. Unless housekeeping just gives the keys to everyone to enter rooms at their leisure. I will never stay at this Marriott again. The return call from the manager was even more of a joke. Some people should not be put in customer service positions or housekeeping positions when you’re a thief and rude. Seeking Legal advice"

"Nice location, clean hotel, good breakfast. I stayed for three nights at this establishment for a work conference. The proximity to downtown, Florida Southern University (where the conference was held), and a variety of restaurants and coffee shops was overall quite good. My room was very clean, and anytime I required assistance the staff were always friendly, helpful, and prompt. The air conditioning was not the most frigid, but certainly comfortable enough. I enjoyed the variety of breakfast options, especially the quiche. I had an excellent experience overall."
