"Rude and dishonest customer service. Refused to take back a purchase in perfect condition with receipt because I didn't have the box. She tried to show me where that was the policy on the receipt and the website but failed because it's not stated anywhere in either place. The manager told me to call corporate customer service there in the store and if they said yes, they'd take it back. Lo and behold, I called customer service right there and they said it was fine that I didn't have the box. They still refused. Why even have me call, then? Ridiculous. They've lost a customer for life."
"Bought a pair of shoes that were exclusive to Journeys. The sales associate had to do an online order and I was okay with that. She ordered the wrong size and when I asked for an exchange/refund she THEN informed me that she was unable to because it was a “special” order and I’d have to wait to receive them to later return them. This was all within 15 minutes of making the purchase. The most frustrating experience ever!"
