"I often ponder how these stores are still open. I stopped shopping here for the longest time because of how rude they are across the country. I bought some items online that didn’t fit, and I made the very bad decision of returning the clothes at a brick and mortar location. I wish so much that I just donated them so as not to have had to interact with any of the awful associates that work here. See what happens when time has you forget- glad my kids are growing and here’s hoping to never have a memory lapse again! If you want to teach your children how to be rude, condescending, arrogant, and purposefully unhelpful, this is the place to go."

"The manager and distric manager are the rudest, most inconsiderate, uneducated about their own business individuals I have ever came across. The store is always in shambles and they have no idea if they have anything in stock or not. I placed an order online, waited, waited. No response. Went in to inquire 2 days later. Was told it was a problem with my card. Nope, the other store at Wiregrass had no issue, had my order ready in under 3 hours and it was placed immediately after the Brandon order. Placing fault on a customer is not OK when we have many retailers to purchase from and such readily available ways to leave reviews for everyone to read."
