"Won't accept a trained certified service dog because it's a Pit/Terrier mix, but they accept other large breed dogs? Discrimination against these dogs are ridiculous. Even a professionally trained service animal."

"This place is best suited as a long term facility, over short term stays. The manager seems to be friendly and accommodating. All in all, a pretty decent place."

"My family and I have been staying here going on 4 weeks now. The price is okay. Especially when you are working with a budget. Frank(manager) always checks on guests. He treats my family like family. He always checks to see if we are okay and if there are any issues. Jason(owner) when here he checks in on his guests as well.The owner and the manager works great as a team. It's a quiet place and everyone respects eschother."

"I just stayed there last weekend during the Fat Tire Mountain Bike Fest in Santos. I din't expect much since it is a motel and only $48 per night. But when I came back to my room and it hadn't been touched I was not happy. No fresh towels, bed not made, trash not taken out...NOTHING. A girl lives there and apparently does nothing all day. I asked her about it and she didn't really have an answer other then it's a MOTEL. I have stayed in a few cheap motels when there is no camping available in the area and this is the only one that doesn't service the room while you are gone. One nice thing is the restaurant that is right there called Mary's. Great breakfast. So at least there was one good part about staying there. But I won't anymore! There is to many other locally owned motels in the area and I will keep trying out different ones until I find a good one. Silver Princess isn't bad but I think it could be better as far as customer service."
