"Ceiling is a thin as a cardboard. could literally hear the guy above us walking, taking a shower, and even turning on his faucet. It’s impossible to sleep after 7am. However the room is big and spacious for a reasonable price."

"The room was nice and clean. The staff was amazing. Attentive and polite. For a pretty full property, it was quiet. Close to most of the adventures we had planned."

"We were very disappointed with our room. There was only one bedside lamp and table. The remote control for the TV had no batteries. The shower curtain in the bathroom was missing half of the shower hooks. The room was very dark, very dimly lit. There was no way to access the cutlery in the drawer because the drawer opened only a few inches because it hit the window ledge. And lastly there was no dish cloth or t-towels which are needed to properly wash and dry dishes!"

"Eau de Ant Spray. My room was clean with appropriate furniture but it smelled heavily of bug spray. I looked in all the drawers and crevices in the kitchen and bed and there were no bugs at all except a few stray ants near the bathroom window. The shower water pressure was not good and the toilet seat fell off the toilet at least 10 times in my 3 day stay. I finally set it on the floor and sat directly on the porcelain. I asked for a repair but no one was available due to the holiday. Full sized refrigerator and stove with oven but not a fork, pan or dish in the place. Small coffee maker with paper coffee cups were the only supplies in the room except a tiny bottle of dishwashing soap but no dishes to use it on. LOL. No soap or other supplies in the bathroom. I carry my own soap so that was not an issue. Bed was fairly comfortable but why do they have to make them so high? It was a handicapped room with roll in shower. It’s very difficult for people with limited mobility to climb up into a very tall bed. There was no hook for the hand held shower head so you have to hold it for the entire shower. The floors appeared to be a laminate so very nice to roll luggage on and large closet for clothes was nice. I did feel safe in the room and Chris at the front desk was nice during check in. The housekeeper knocked several times around 9am on my first morning and woke me up. I would not return to this hotel but for a low budget place, it might be acceptable to some."

"There was great communication from the staff before we even arrived. They suggested we called ahead if arriving after 11 pm for our door code. The gentleman at the front who checked us in was polite and friendly. This was a clean room with a comfortable bed with one of the best rates in the area without feeling like drug lords are going to be doing a drive-by or staging their next business meeting in the room next to you. It had very simple and economical furniture, but it was nice to have a couple chairs with foot stools and a 2-person dinette for options. We did opt for a kitchenette, but did not utilize it. It does have a full size refrigerator and if I'm not mistaken, it also had a few cooking utensils and dishware. They offered dark gray towels which were thicker. That was a nice change from some of the thin white ones we find at other hotels. No issues with the shower or water pressure. The hot water turned on instantly, no waiting for it to turn hot even on the 2nd floor. The queen bed itself ... the mattress was comfortable, but the sheets left something else to be desired. They were very pilled with not one smooth spot anywhere on the bottom or top sheet. I wasnt going to ask for another set of sheets in the middle of the night. The pillows were okay as 3 were provided, but not much in the way of different varying firmness. We always travel with our pillows. That's not an issue for us, but could be for others. Note for the management. Things that are nice for travelers to have in the room: 1. A full length mirror (bathroom mirror nor a husband's opinion is usually not enough) 2. A blow dryer (I brought mine) 3. An extra blanket for when one person likes it frigid and the other does not. 4. Sheets that do not have pilling so bad. Overall, for the rate and comfort we would definitely stay here again. We felt safe and secure. The room was clean and comfortable. A couple of minor inconveniences did not warrant to keep it from 5 stars."
