"When looking at the quality of this hotel, there are many things to look at. Pros: 1. The location is pretty good, easy to travel to the major cities (Orlando, Tampa, etc). 2. Nice staff! 3. Breakfast was pretty good for a quality inn. Cons: 1. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures at ALL. They were very dark and dingy. They need a serious upgrade. 2. Carpets and flooring were very disgusting, even when walking to the bathroom, I could not walk barefoot. 3. My family and I booked two rooms, when we first walked in... All you could smell was pot. On both floors at that. It was not very welcoming and left us feeling disturbed. 4. To add on to that, one of the rooms we booked had a sink issue with it being clogged. When we asked to get it looked there was no help, we were simply asked if we wanted to switch rooms however we were side by side and did not want to switch just one room. 5. There were dead bugs in the room. Which was VERY disgusting. The whole time after that we were left scared that would be dead bugs in the beds. 6. The wifi was also very terrible. Overall, I give this place a 2/5. I would not recommend unless you are very desperate for a hotel."

"This place was a PHENOMENAL value! Absolutely loved everything about it. Super friendly staff, very clean and renovated rooms, and the complimentary breakfast was great!"

"Stayed with my kids at this hotel for 3 days, I have to say this is by far one of the best hotels for the price. The room was spacious the pool is big, the service was great. Breakfast was stocked and ready in the morning. It was a nice experience."

"We got there at around 2 am and of course paid full price for an 11 o'clock check out, which is totally fine and we expected to do so. The problem was that at 11:03 they were banging on the door and continued to do so every two mins until we were out. Now, I have never worked at a hotel but I have stayed at a ton of them and nothing like this has ever happened to me before. Usually a courteous phone call if we're late getting out of the room or something like that and that's not until about 11:30 or so at most places. This whole situation just didn't sit well with me at all. It felt like borderline harassment. Not to mention the room was dirty. The corner behind the chair was fully like it hadn't been vacuumed in a year. The tub looked like it wasn't even rinsed out since the last guest, much less cleaned with chemicals. We won't ever be back."
