"Came here from tampa for a family visit so wanted to pass by and loved the experience i had back in january here. No greeting, no ask for help, no checkin in. I went to check out for a shirt, the girl didn’t say hi or how are you doing. It was so awkward. i payed, she gave me the receipt , said nothing. I said thanks! She said nothing. I was so disappointed here like why the attitude? Where is the customer service? It’s like they don’t want to try. You gotta try if you work in sales! Go home or take a break if you can’t help a customer."
"I bought 5 T shirts. I thought they ran large, so 3 of the shirts were the wrong size. I simply wanted to exchange them for a bigger size. They were Clearance so “final sale”. It DID NOT say no exchanges. It was even exchange. They refused. The store would not be out, but I was. NOT HAPPY."
