"My daughter got a shirt for her birthday that we wanted to return. The employee told me I couldn't return the shirt because it was past the 30 days, so I left the store and checked the back of the receipt. It says on the receipt you get store credit if you have the original receipt, but it's been more than 30 days. So, I went back to the store. I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes without any employees saying a word to me. After 5 minutes, a lady walked right in front of me at the counter. One of the employees followed her to the counter. I informed him that I had been waiting first, and he just shook his head at me. I finally got my store credit, but I've never been treated so rudely in a store."
