"This store is the worst. I can’t count how many times I’ve come here to get shoes and the store is locked and closed when they are supposed to be open. Store hours are 10-8 so why is it 11 am and the doors are locked and I’m sitting outside? Does this store just make up their hours each morning based on whether or not the employees want to work? Friendly note, we can see you inside… ignoring us while we wait for you to open the store when it was supposed to be open an hour ago. We don’t drive an hour out here to sit outside."

"This store is an absolute joke! Don’t spend a dime here. False advertising with their BOGO. Because your second pair is $5 more you get no sale at all. Cashier needs to retire since she hates her job so much."

"I live in destin. Your listing says open until 8pm. We got to the door at 6:46. It was locked. The employee said they close at 7 and were already closed. Extremely disappointing. Driving out to shop for back to school only to be closed before posted hours is lazy and disappointing."

"If I could give this place zero or negative stars I would. If you are in the mood to waste your time this place is definitely your place. There were so many supposed sales promotions in this store, that none of the employees really knew what was going on. It is a scam and waste of your time to spend there, trying shoes on etc. Only to find out that none of the promotions listed by the shoes were not for the shoes you picked out. This is a horrible way to treat customers and I will never be back. Buyer beware!"

"Was just in the store, the lady working behind the counter acted like she couldn’t help me. I was going to spend a $150 on a pair of shoes and get the second 50% off. I asked her if they by any chance came in wide all she said was idk, then I told her that the guy told me that she could order the other color for me. She said who told you that. Another employee just so happen to walk up and heard me asking about it and said yes we can order the other ones online and ship them to your home at this point I was extremely aggravated, and told them not to worry about it because she acted like I was bothering her. I work in sales and I know that the way she was acting towards me I would never be that way. So now I will go to the official website that makes the shoes and order from them."
