"First, the quality of most of their things is garbage. Second, and most importantly, they follow you around the entire time. I went in there last year and this year. Each time I had my 5/6yo daughter with me. At first I didn’t know the lady worked there, she just kept circling us, moving closer, and starring at us. It freaked me out so we left and I went back by myself a few days later by myself and a different followed me around but not quite as closely or obviously. This year i went with my mom and daughter and the same lady followed us so closely. I knew she worked there but it’s still very unsettling to have someone following you so closely. Idk if they assume everyone is stealing their junk or what. Based on the other reviews, this is a common tactic at their weirdo place. I definitely won’t be back. Would rather pay more at a normal store."

"Somebody needs to shut this place down. Like another reviewer posted 2 weeks ago, I also got scammed with a 4% debit card fee. At no time was this extra fee discussed during checkout, or I would've just paid with cash. I never saw a sign either, and I actually left the store with a paper receipt showing a total charge of $10.69 ($9.99 item + $0.70 tax). Then several days later, I noticed that the store had actually debited my bank account for $11.12 - i.e., NOT the amount listed on my receipt! I won't lose sleep over the $0.43, and thankfully I only bought one item. It's the shady way they did this, without my knowledge, that really irks me. Because I have a copy of that receipt, I could dispute this and likely get the $0.43 back. But it's just not worth the effort. I will, however, happily add to the long list of 1-star reviews ... and I'll also log a complaint on the BBB site. Don't give these clowns your business."
