"The view and location are unbeatable! The whole group (11 of us) had a 5-room penthouse, which provides spacious space to comfortably fit all of us in. The rental was well equipped. The access to beach was very easy. The one of the outside pools was all-weather and heated. Kids had a lot of fun. The Compass Vacation management team is fantastic. We forgot to pack a knife that I've been having for twenty years. They found it and mailed it back to me."

"One of the better places to stay while in destin. The rooms are luxurious, and the property is right on the beach. I have seen many nice beaches while traveling, this one ranks up there in my top 2 list."

"Stayed in Silver Beach Towers WPH1706 with family of 12 adults and 4 babies. Would not give us an extra beach set, for free, although we were staying in the biggest condo there, and there were about 20 empty ones every day on the beach. Blood stains on pillows and chair, bed bugs in mattress (My legs were eaten up!) and toilet seat was dirty with hairs, in downstairs master. All of the toilets would barely flush. I was scared mine was going to run over the whole time we were there. My son-in-law said that he had to open the top on his toilet and pull the chain to flush it. Showers drained poorly and 4 light bulbs were on one bathroom counter for some unknown reason. Very shabby looking furniture with lots of stains. Deck table was tattered all around the bottom and I was scared my grandkids were going to get cut from it. None of the televisions in the 5 bedrooms worked because of no cable. We told the desk lady on the first day about the beach set, furniture and furniture stains, but avoided telling about the other stuff until we left, because we didn't want maintenance people intruding with our family time, unless we had to. Very poor quality for the amount of money we spent to rent it."

"The condo is located in a great location and the maintenance around the property and pool area is phenomenal. But unfortunately during our stay in condo 102w the condo had dirty used dishes in the cabinets (someone previously used the pan to cook eggs, did not wash it and stored it back into the cabinets) the outside furniture was not cleaned had hair all over it. The mattress in all 3 rooms were extremely uncomfortable for all guest. Over all the size of the condo and layout is excellent but the maintenance and upkeep of this unit is very poor."

"The property housing the penthouse I stayed in was very clean, spacious, and accessible to the beach. I was pleasantly surprised to learn we had our own closed in garage within the covered parking deck that housed 2 cars and beach equipment. The property was right on the beach with easy access. We had a beach view from the king size bedrooms and living room and it was beautiful! The only thing I wasn’t aware of until arriving was that the property does not allow personal umbrellas or tents. You may bring a beach chair as long as it meets their standard."
