"This is a typical Florida condo building, where each unit is privately owned and may or may not be rentable. The building itself is not new, but is in good repair and was undergoing additional repairs and upgrades while we were there. Friendly staff at the desk. Located directly on the beach. Not all units have a full facing beach view, but even the units on the "wing" where ours was have a nice ocean view, due to a low-rise building next door. Probably a wide variation in the quality of individual units, since they are privately owned, but ours was nice - freshly painted, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, and very quiet at night."

"Good location, but that's about it. Dated property they're trying to renovate. The second night we were there, someone slit the tires of 8+ cars right up next to the front of the hotel, despite there supposedly being security on duty all night checking the parking lot. The morning we were supposed to check out, the work crews set off the emergency alarm system, and we had to run down 18 flights of stairs to find out nothing was wrong. The front desk didn't even know about it. Finally, the unit we were in had extremely poor quality furniture. The dining table was very wobbly, and all the others had water damage from decades of age and use. When you sat on the dirty couch, you literally felt like you were sitting on the floor. For the prices they want per night, you can do FAR, FAR, better elsewhere."

"We had a great time here at the SunDestin Beach Resort. We especially enjoy meeting and shopping at the Gift Shop. Nick was especially helpful. We bought some light blue hoodies and have really enjoyed them. Hope you all have a great time here."

"Location is fantastic . Unit we stayed was very nice 1603. It has a small kitchen and every possible thign u need in kitchen . Water front . But they just give you the room . No beach towels , no beach chairs . Beach chairs are for 50 a pair till 5 pm . So it adds up to the cost . But its all worth it . It's close to Harbour etc"

"Came here for our honeymoon this week and it was amazing! The location, the staff and just the area was amazing. My wife and I are definitely coming back next year again! They treated us so well with 2 champagne glasses to help celebrate our special week"
