The website lists no customer support telephone number, and the direct Chat is useless and nonsensical. I do not recommend using this website for any delivery that is time sensitive. I waited 10 days after the time of purchase before I even received confirmation that my friend’s Holiday gift had been shipped out for delivery. Unfortunately, that confirmation was completely false. Her Holiday gift item was not placed in the mail for another additional 11 days -so not until 21 days after I originally placed my order. After 3 weeks of dead ends, when I eventually did get a response from a human, my experience took a turn for the better. The young lady responded to my email immediately, she processed my refund request immediately, she was polite, friendly, very helpful, and she followed up with me afterward. I believe that this website is well intended, and that once the supplier and shipping kinks are worked out it will be a good shopping experience. For my experience ordering the gift, falsely being told it had shipped out when it had not, and 3 weeks spent trying to get a response and track down my package- I gave one 1 star. My experience with the young lady who eventually responded to me was Excellent, to which I gave five 5 stars. So, my overall experience was three 3 stars."
