"On one hand the shoes were nice, though a bit pricey. Not a lot of variety and it was a little hot inside. The employees seemed kinda miserable working especially when I went to pay"
"Effin Gr8 Awww && Then Sum... From the super-exclusive, limited numbers on top of the unique & limited colorway combination AIR MAX 720s to the full production solid colors & combinations available on AIR MAX 95s & 97s which are PLENTIFUL so that both the tourists & locals with the VANILLA taste can get jiggly as well... The collection of AIR JORDANS from Edition I to XIV is by far unique alone and unlike most of the corporate stores that sell the retro and re-released numerals as well as the limited edition color combos that are released literally once every 12 months to 48 months on average and due to super limited availability and the 5X higher in demand in comparison to the available supply... The new wave of ULTRA RARE NIKE AIR MAX 270 REACTS and AIR MAX TAILWINDS MAX AIR PLUS collection..."
"I’ve always been a fan of Jimmy Jazz, since New York days. Yesterday I had the pleasure of going into this location inside the Fashion Square mall with my son after seeing a movie together. We go in, was going to purchase a pair of 1s in adults and polo t’s as the store always has great prices. While I’m browsing shoes -We were greeted once by the adult of the staff in the store. (A guy) and the other two staff members continued to talk, fine no big deal right? WRONG! The whole time we were there one of the 3 staff memebers continued to curse loudly and talk about her life/extracurricular activities while my son and I are in the store browsing around. My son looks up at me and said “are you ready to leave, that girl is cursing so loud mommy” We left. But I still wanted to make a purchase. I felt Bad because my 7yr old is now noticing something I couldnt control with out confrontation, so we leave. We Go looking for sneakers at the sneaker store 2 doors down and come back to Jimmy Jazz to now find the same cursing girl at the register on the phone with another customer. She hangs up, says “you ready?” I said Yes ma’am. Handed my Purchase to her & she says to her co-worker “those people still calling for concords, them Shits were sold out before they even hit the shelves” At this point I couldn’t hold it in anymore. We had left and came back and this little girl was still cursing, now blatantly in front of my kid whose standing at the register. I told her, “hey we had to leave the first time when you wouldn’t stop cursing so loud and now we come back and your right in front of a 7yr old with no respect at the register cursing again, do you mind? I’m sorry I know you’re working but Damn” If I was a franchise owner, I would have let her go due to her blantant disrespect for customers let alone children. Retail is fun and great to chat with your co-workers but when a customer/customers are in the store have decency & respect for the franchise, your job and the people that come in the store with or without kids. Since the store receipts come with names of who cashed you out, the young girls name is on the receipt. I wish Her well in her young age and I hope my polite way of telling her to have some respect got thru to her Cause I was beyond disappointed. Jimmy Jazz is the truth but the young high school/young adult staff needs some grooming as to store etiquette of do’s and don’ts."
"Bad place to do business.. the young lady that helped me did not explain to me about there no return policy. It didn't even have the policy typed on the receipt either. The manager there remembered me. She had the nerve to tell she told me. She wasn't even around when her employee gave me the receipt. She refused to refund my money and had such an attitude when she had to call her boss to give me store credit. The paper in which the store credit was typed is faded. Its really not able the money! Its more of the lack of customer courtesy. I guess its my fault.. I now see why retail is going into the darkness. Nobody wants to be dishonored. Do yourself a huge favor don't buy anything here. Everything in that store you can buy online and don't have to worry about a (no return policy)"
"I am a frequent customer here buying shoes every 2 to 3 months. Tatiana is the assistant manager has ignored us as we've walked in numerous times and doesn't even acknowledge Us in the store. Today she tried to give me one shoe to try on and said she couldn't give me the pair till I said this is ridiculous everyone has 1 foot a little bigger than the other"
