"We are members of Pet Paradise (for the last two years) and I will be canceling tomorrow. My dog is being held hostage in that place. There was a tremendous amount of rain coming through FL today and we were out of town for the weekend. We left our dog there for the weekend and left South Florida in time to pick him up by five (which is the rule). Since the weather was horrible, travel was slow, so my husband called and said he’d be 15 mins late because of the conditions. They REFUSED to let him pick up our dog. REFUSED!!! No consideration for what was happening. How do you refuse to give someone’s dog back to them??? Now our dog has to stay there one more night and be away from his family, for what???? We even offered to pay for the extra day and they still refused. This is all through a supervisor too. Never again! We will pick up our dog and that’s the last they will see of us. If you care about your pet, steer clear of this place."
"We have been taking our dog to the WGV location for several years for daycamp, vet, and grooming. They always had great service in the these areas. We have a large dog and typically pay no more than $90, tip included for grooming. As of late, these groomers are allowed to charge whatever they want for the same grooming experience that we have always had in the past. They are basically doing an à la carte for each little thing so we were told the price would be $170 for this grooming session. We had our dog groomed 5 weeks ago and paid $90! How can they justify this sort of price increase? Not only that but the groomer had a very poor attitude and needs classes in customer service. I hardly ever leave reviews but this one was necessary. We'll never take our dog here for anything again."
"Wow. I have a senior dog that has been groomed there for over 2 years. I was called and told they would not be able to finish the groom because she was too agitated. They said it was loud with other dogs barking and she was not taking it well. My husband brought her home and she was shaved, wet and shaking and bleeding from various nicks. She had tuffs of hair that had not been removed but partially cut. She was so skiddish she barely let us handle her. She has diarrhea for the past two days. I equate this to elder abuse, she couldn’t advocate for herself. I trusted the groomer that if she was upset, they would stop. Instead I was sent home a traumatized old girl and asked us not to come back. I wish there were cameras so I could see what was going on. She is 17 yrs old and 12lbs and was reliant on the groomer to do what was best. If you have a senior dog, I would recommend talking to your vet to see the best way to groom. These places don’t care about your dog, just your $."
"We take our two small dogs to Tiny Town for boarding several times a year. Both dogs typically will get a groom at the end of there stay. There are cameras where you can see the different areas and dog playrooms. Veterinary services on site Dog day care. - I know quite a few who go on a regular basis. The longest our dogs have stayed was about two weeks and came home healthy and happy. Book early fior holidays as it fills up early."
"Very impressed with my visit. Everything I desired for my baby dog all in one place. I loved the initial visit for my dog as they work them in to their pup group. They observe them and how they feel before placing them in with group. Cameras all around for you to views. Handlers are out with every group. I saw lots of loves and pets being given by handlers. There is a resident handle that lives on property which is reassuring. Everything was super clean. Beds and kennels cleaned daily. Lots of safety precautions to keep all fur babies safe. Love the pool and splash pad. There’s a special place for kitties too. On site grooming and veterinarian. The only reason I’ve given four stars is because I have yet to utilize either of those services."
