Walgreens

"Walgreens can fill a scrip but can't figure out how to get it in your hands. There is always an issue with your scrip of the person in front of you. Always a 25 min stop (or more). The front end is always a disaster (short handed) but there are always 1-2 staff members dusting the candy watching the lines get longer. Ugh."

"Made an appointment for a vaccine but waited over 30 minutes. This happened for a previous vaccine also. Looks like they are not interested in vaccine customers."

"I waited for 15 min's for the pharmacy to fill the car in front of me prescription. then when I pull to the window they only have one of my 2 prescription. I was told it would take 15 min.'s for the second one, that I should come back. Why did I get a text they both were ready?"

"This is the worst pharmacy experience I have EVER had! Which is saying something, considering I have been a home care nurse for 17 years, and dealt with many. Eric, the head pharmacist, is extremely rude and not at all helpful. He does not follow state law on prescriptions or Walgreens protocols. He definitely needs to be educated on policies and Florida state law, as well as customer service. I was treated like garbage here because I questioned why he would not fill a prescription. His reasoning was it didn’t meet their guidelines. I called corporate who said it absolutely did meet their guidelines and should be filled. When I then called back and told him that he still refused to fill it, so I asked if I had another doctor call it in if he would fill it, he again refused. If I could give this place negative stars I would."

"The young lady in the pharmacy needs a major attitude adjustment. She is rude and short with customers. It was our first time here and this associate did nothing to make it pleasant. While we waited to get our shots she was rude to every customer that came to the pharmacy. On the other hand the pharmacist was pleasant kind n friendly. Greeted us with warm smile n pleasant hello! If it wasn't for his service we would not even consider coming back. Will give it one more shot but ....."
