They do not take the time to understand the needs of the customer. They certainly are not willing to help the customer. They appear to just be there for a paycheck."
"Yamato location is Very busy. Getting through by phone on week days is nearly impossible. Best to call before 7 AM. Pharmacist can work magic if the tech will put you through to one."
"Pharmacy staff is rude almost every time I fill here. Today, she rolled her eyes at me when I asked a simple question about a medication they were trying to substitute. When I told her I couldn’t hear her in the drive thru line, she didn’t speak up and acted noticeably annoyed by raising her hands as she walked off. So rude! The pharmacists are always helpful however."
