"They are happy to see you when your dog is well, love to do tests and give shots and fill meds and recommend shampoos. Then when your dog falls ill and urgently needs to be seen, after being seen 3 times in the last 6 weeks, they tell you “sorry we’re fully booked today, go somewhere else.” Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else in the first place."
