From Robert’s patience with helping me select the best gift to Chelsea ensuring its delivery the IN STORE experience was great. I didn’t give the COMPANY 5 stars because I had to reach out to the customer service department when I discovered a issue with the delivery address. After speaking to 3 representatives I was resolved to return the item and never purchase from the company again. They are knowledgeable about policy and providing options however sometimes a little empathy and a simple apology on behalf of the company for the inconvenience can go a long way. Mistakes happen and people are imperfect, but at the end of the day they delivered a quality product and my daughter was happy! All that mattered. I’ll be back!
