"There were many problems. The air conditioner in the room did not work. There was black mold in the bathroom all over the ceiling. The amenities for which I rented the room the pool and on sight laundry. Neither one worked the floors were disgustingly filthy. The only saving grace was Minda. The girl from the front Desk she was polite very professional."

"How do we can stay I thought the rooms or okay would have been better if there was some kind of chair ( i.e. lazy-e-boy ) so you're not always having to just sit on the bed. Location is nice just off i-4 cracker barrel Wendy's McDonald's plenty of choices for lunch or dinner, and the front desk people were friendly always texting letting me know that I can reach them if I were to need anything. Would definitely stay here again."

"Moving from North Florida area to Lakeland and unable to get access to our new property until the 1st. Jeffrey, the night manager was awesome and welcoming even though we arrived 2.5 hours after we were supposed to. The room was clean and right up front Cameras were everywhere making us feel safer with our u-haul and our car still loaded with items. For the reasonable price, what more could we ask for?"

"This extended stay is under new managment and in just a two weeks I can see such a difference in the environment around here. The grounds are cleaner and the whole security system has been replaced. While I understand everything is not perfect due to the renvoations and updating that is being done while I have been here there just seems to be a sense of calm around here now. I can see that the new Staff and Management really seems to care and want this place to strive for better things in the future."
