The staff are always kind, attentive to the dogs and communicative with the owners. They ensure that each dog is a good fit for the ruff days “pack” and is mindful of the dog to human ratio which places them far above any other traditional doggy daycare. It’s such a comfort to know that while I’m working long hours, my pup is getting the exercise, socialization and enrichment she deserves. They pick up your pup promptly in the morning and drop them off happy and tired in the afternoon. I am the ultimate helicopter dog mom and I trust the ruff days staff implicitly. I have been sending Josie every week for almost a year and truly can’t speak highly enough about this incredible service!"
