Happy Camper

"Took my large unsocialized dog for training. The trainer spent two hours with him and said before training him, I should bring him for a four hour "meet and greet". So I brought him where they threw him in with 15 other big dogs with no trainers! He was scared and lunged at three dogs. They told me to never return. If I had believed my dog was socialized enough to endure that, I wouldn't have sought training! I am grateful that such negligence toward my dog's demeanor didn't result in injury to dog or human. I took him to another trainer who did WONDERS with him in 30 minutes. I believe Happy Campers is a joke for training or any type of judgment on your dog's needs."

"My dog Annabelle loves her time at happy campers. She enjoys playing with her friends. All the employees know her by name and greet her warmly. I don’t worry when she is there because I know they take care of her. When she is there for her overnight stays, they send me pictures of her playing with her friends. I would not take her anywhere else for care."

"I was so happy we chose to board our dog at Happy Camper! This was the first time we were leaving him and for two weeks so I was very nervous. Happy Camper treated my dog like their own and he had so much fun! I got daily photo updates which really eased my nerves and I was able to see what he was doing! We could tell he was happy to be home but missed all the other dogs and fun activities he did every day. I will be bringing my dog back for daycare and any future boarding I might need!! Thank you Happy Camper for being so great to my pup :)"

"I have taken my dog to a few daycares where she has slept over at. My pup has had terrible anxiety from them but never once has she acted anxious when staying at Happy Camper. I love the text updates that I get from them as well. It keeps my mind at ease. I know my little one has a lot of energy so I appreciate their patience! I plan to do a training class one day soon."

"Highly recommend this daycare and sleepover camp!!! I have so many people I've referred here and I seriously cannot say enough about this place. They truly care for my pup and she LOVES going to camp (which makes it nice knowing that my puppy is safe and happy while I'm away)! I get daily pictures of our smiley (usually wet and slobbery) puppy playing and having so much fun. We've been using Happy Camper since she's been 8 months (she's now 3 years)! QUICK STORY: We went on an international trip for 2 weeks and our puppy came to stay at Happy Camper. She's a very playful pup and LOVES all of her puppy friends, so she plays HARD. She had been losing weight (again, because she's a crazy girl and loves play time!) and needed an extra scoop of food since her activity level was much higher at camp compared to a normal day at home. I got a call from camp asking if I could bring an extra few baggies of food, which I told them I couldn't because I was abroad. They said it was no problem and asked for my pup's food brand name (it's nothing fancy, so it's at most Pet Stores). They went to 4 different PetSmart's to find food in stock (must've been a busy week for PetSmart), to which I am entirely grateful and completely amazed that the team went out of their way like that - without any suggestion from me! The entire time, my pup was happy & healthy - just needed a few extra calories for playtime! Moral of the story: Happy Camper Camp Counselors CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS and really do treat them with the best care ever. From the bottom of my heart, I cannot thank Happy Camper enough for taking such great care of my pup. Better yet: Harper F loves you all and can't wait for her next sleepover stay(s)!!"
