"This was my 2nd time staying in this hotel. My first experience was fine just a clean place to sleep for the night. My 2 visit this past weekend 2/4 i woke up with strange bites all over me. After googling bed bugs bites and comparing them i knew immediately. I checked both beds and didn’t see any on the surface. However now that i am home they have also found a way in. After calling the hotel they gave me 101 excuses about how they cannot possibly have bed bugs. The photo attached was taken in the bathroom after 1 night stay in room 212. Now i have to pay $1200 to get my house exterminated and wash every item of clothing/fabric. I hope this helps prevent any future problems."
