"It meets the minimal requirements of a comfortable bed, climate control, kitchenette, & private bath with the possibility of adjoining rooms. Sadly, the room was dusty, the kitchen items were well worn, & the fan or TV needed to be constantly on to drown out the lack of sound isolation from the hall. I checked out breakfast around 730am and found the coffee was empty and there were only 2 muffins left to eat. While the price was on the lower end, there are other options that I'll consider in the future"

"I enjoyed my overnight stay at ES. The comforts and feel of an apartment more than a hotel. They have a spacious pool & property in general so I didn't feel on top of any other guests even tho it's obviously busy. I checked in with Sheila who had the patience and customer service expected for Destin despite the guest in front of me being rude about a non working key. When I checked out, Lisa made sure my stay was everything I hoped it to be. Informed me of reward programs and features of the brand I'll find consistently in other locations. While it is a no smoking property, on my way to the smoking area I ran into Delana who ended up being the GM. Also making sure myself and any one else around was having a good morning. Having an active and engaged staff made me feel safe at this property. Plus the rooms are as described and amenities nice."

"I stood at the front for 15 minutes and yelled “Hello” twice and still no one was the to check me in. I then called up to the hotel hoping the phone ringing might get someone’s attention and it did. Once checked in And ready to shower I realized how dirty the room was. Then the WiFi did not work even after paying the extra money . I expressed my concern to the front desk and I was given cleaning spray and a rag. The point is I decided to check out early and I just want my money back for the two nights I didn’t stay and they will not even do that. But i took pictures"

"Absolute sweat rooms! This hotel has better air in the hallway than they do in the room. Huge wet stains in hallway. Also was a crunchy rag under the bed. Left 3 hours after check in because of these conditions and was not reimbursed the front desk person didn’t help at all. Absolutely will never stay here or at any extended stay chain again."
