"Hi! This location is amazing but the customer service isn’t the best. I came and purchased 2 shirts and when I got to my hotel(which is 45 mins away) I noticed that he forgot to put 1 shirt in the bag. So I called the following morning and let them know. The kind sir I was talking to let me know to come in and to let the manger (Johanna ) know what happen and she will give us our missing shirt. I end up coming in later that day and I’m waiting in line to return. When I let Johanna know the situation she gave us a horrible attitude and was so bland and just wasn’t performing great customer service. She continues to call another worker to see if they remember our situation. She was extremely frustrated with us and I let her know that she can go ahead and check the time that is on the receipt. She dosent respond and just (very roughly) take the shirt of the hanger and hand it to us with out even putting in the bag. with out saying a word. If she is the manager to this store she should be nice and respectful to her customers. The store is great, but management isn’t. And it definitely needs to be worked on."

"Everyone was super nice except for this one older employee with a strong Spanish accent. She was so unfriendly at the checkout even though we waited patiently for quite a while. Couldn’t understand half of what she was saying, but it almost seemed like she was offended that we didn’t speak Spanish. Hate to give this rating because everyone else was very welcoming and friendly, but her disservice overpowered all of that."

"Very nice service from Kris and Angel while we were shopping here! Angel was so attentive, we ended up with more than we came for, and we were happy about it!! If you come here, ask for Angel because he knows his stuff. My husband left with Clothes that suited him best!"

"I really like the clothing they have a great selection and nice designs however this store is entirely clothing and they only have one mirror. And I constantly have to wait in line to look at the jackets I try on it's a little upsetting get more mirrors and you'll be 5 stars"
