"Go to a different Men’s Warehouse! I went on a Sunday to buy a suit for a wedding I’m attending. Versus renting, I was looking to buy. When I walked in, no one greeted me however a young man named David asked me if I needed assistance once he noticed me. David did an outstanding job setting me up with a suit to purchase. The one star comes in from the “manager” Rodney. As I am in the dressing room trying on a suit, I hear him yell for David. David responds and Rodney proceeds to tell him to never walk away from a customer. I’m assuming he was talking about a previous customer because David was waiting for me to come out of the dressing room. He continued on basically humiliating David about shirts that needed to be folded. I’m not sure if Rodney didn’t think I was there or I was a paying customer, but in a leadership position, you criticize in private when you have customers. When I finally came out of the dressing room, no one was there to tend to me. All of the employees there that day were folding the shirts I mentioned earlier. I called David over and explained to him that I would be shopping around because I didn’t like the way Rodney did him. I then called the store to get names and the store manager Rodney hung up the phone on me. I went to Macy’s and purchased a similar suit. Get rid of toxic leadership."

"We walked into Men’s Warehouse in Millenia Mall, Orlando today and had a terrible experience. 5-6 employees standing around talking to each and not asking if we needed help . A very young man talked to us for about 2 minutes . We were there to see tuxedos for my daughter's wedding . I’m down from NJ and this was on my list over my short wedding planning visit. As soon as the employee heard we were interested in renting tuxedos as opposed to buying - he literally disappeared. I had to show jackets , pictures and vests to my soon to be Son in law myself. We were interested in renting about 15 tuxedoes from you …. But now I just have a very bad taste in my mouth considering no one was willing to help and everyone was too busy talking about how they made more money at their other jobs … Men’s Warehouse - you need to do better … terrible, just terrible"

"Just went here to get a suit rental and told the date for the event and he said no you supposed to be a week in advance because we have to chip the suits from somewhere else and I asked if there was a rush or something to get it faster over here for that date and he goes no nothing we can do. You could try another store like suits city something like that, go ahead and call another Men’s Wearhouse and they told me oh yeah we could do it but we have to charge you a rush fee. You can get it by the 26th or the morning of the 27th bro if you don’t like your work just quick because people need the service. If you’re not gonna provide the service, just quite your job and you know who am I talking about the big old man"

"Decent selection of suits at competitive prices. But, the best part was the personal attention and great advice from Dawn. Not pushy, didn’t fashion shame me or force her opinions on me. Her experience and knowledge was far superior to all other salespeople I spoke to in my journey to buy a suit and accessories for a wedding. Called me on the ride home to let me know that the alterations were already done - within two hours of leaving the store and 2 days before the date they were promised. Visited another Men’s Wearhouse before this and the experience was very different."

"Got lucky and had Manouch Saint-Vil approach us to do a custom suit for me and setup a group for my wedding. He is quick, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. He was doing 3 custom suits for 3 different customers during our visit and seemed like the only one working in the store as he was zipping around--the manager didn't seem very involved or willing/able to assist him. He had to juggle going back and forth between us and the other customers and did an excellent job picking up where he left off. He loved the fact he had a lot of customs to work on. Ask for him, he will do it right. And get that young man a promotion! 6-stars for him."
