"Firstly, their return/exchange policy is within 7 days of purchase. I went to exchange a necklace I had gotten as a gift and was told all jewelry sales were final. My mom had bought the necklace 2 days earlier. Nowhere in the store does it say all jewelry sales are final so you don't know that until you've purchased something and check the very bottom of your receipt for this statement. My mom was not told this at the time of purchase either. I will not be shopping here ever again. There are plenty of other small businesses with decent return policies that they are up front about."
