"I went to the store in Dolphin Mall and I noticed that the quality of service decreased a lot. As in the past the clerks would have a commission for every sale, they were more engaged in doing so, resulting in a much better service. As it changed, it seems to me that the engagement on providing a good service is no more. As a whole, I feel that the clerks end up not caring if the sale is completed or not, which negatively affects the quality of the assistance. The conclusion is that you should either go back to the previous system or find a way to have the clerks motivated to provide a good service, otherwise customers will have a bad experience while shopping at VS."

"I went today to buy Christmas gift for my family and 1st of all the cash woman’s are joking in a group and don’t put attention on a guest even when I said I started to feel bad and I would like my money back. She didn’t care. I almost couldn’t walk then I asked for help and there was Marta Parera super polite and helpful tried to helped me because she noticed I started to have problem with my breath.. she call the manager, and this ugly, un respectful and really bad person called Marta Pinell didn’t want to help me ! She didn’t want to call emergency, and wanted to take my bags and go out of the store by my own ! What kind of person you are hiring to that position on the store! I couldn’t move, hurt me a lot, was hard to breath and I started to cried.. then the girls from store started to call the manager again and she didn’t care! She didn’t came ! After 20’ of crying, pain, and all the girls asking for help this terrible person call the emergency. I don’t understand why you hire animals like that ! Marta Pinel don’t understand ANYTHING about care the client! The client that was buying you on the store! Thanks to the client you can eat! Their colleagues told me she is terrible person and I could see that! I would like to make a complaint again this horrible and ugly animal (cause is not a person), so bad image for the company ! was a disgusting treatment that shouldn’t happen never again ! Remove that person or teach her human resource, she don’t have a clue! Btw she was jelly at the girls that were helped me. Very bad I will not reccomend to go this store! They will treat you as a sh.."
