"I went back to exchange a t shirt, just for the size. It was bought three days earlier. The narrow minded store attendants wouldn’t change it alleging it was bought in a promotion, which I had already paid for… no way, they wouldn’t go through with the exchange and wanted to charge me extra for the t-shirt"

"From the moment me and my three girlfriends walked in, a staff member on the floor followed us everywhere. We thought it was kind of weird because we were just looking. I picked up a couple pairs of jeans and a tank top to try on, and asked the stalking staff member if I could try them on. She very rudely said yes and that another staff member would open it for me in a minute. I don’t know why she didn’t just do it and I was starting to get frustrated because I saw her following around my friends some more. Finally the other staff member opened a fitting room for me and I came out to show my girlfriend the clothes I was trying. I saw she had called security on my friends! The staff member took the clothes I tried on away from me and I wanted to buy them. I just gave up at that point and didn’t buy anything. I gave the pair of jeans I was thinking about buying to the stalker and she aggressively threw them at a rack after giving me attitude about the price. We did not go into that store to steal, but we were being accused of it. It was super uncomfortable"

"Came in to buy a sweater with my friends and noticed that they assumed my friends was stealing, lady was nice about it in the beginning and questioned them and made them empty their pockets. Afterwards when clearly we didn’t steal, the lady offered no apology. So I felt disrespected and tried returning the sweater I had just bought not even 5 minutes after the altercation because of the lack of apology. First it was because the tag was missing, okay cool, so i staple the tag back on and come back inside, well into my rights or return. Product was in original condition before and after the purchase. I referred to the lady that accused us of stealing that on the reciept it refers to the website, stating that they would do any refund for the original purchase, lady said that the plaque that they had in-store was the only return policy which said original condition. I told the lady that the product is in the original condition because this whole altercation lasted 10 minutes. She said that since I walked out the store, there was nothing I can do, then of course I fought her on it, explaining that the reciept clearly states the refund policy, but she was adamant on the in-store policy. Then just because I’m wearing a tank top, she insinuated that I was dirty, that since I’m not wearing a shirt that means that the product isn’t in original condition. So apparently trying the sweater on before purchasing makes it original, but wearing the same sweater 5 minutes outside the store makes the product “unoriginal”. Entire situation could’ve been avoided if she had apologized at the end."

"They have a post "now $5" but that's not true, when you get to the cash register it comes out for $10 like you see in the picture, in the other hand, they have some clothes that are true to price. I found it tricky. Didn't like, they should honor what it is in the sign, otherwise, what's the point ???"

"Love the store, the clothes are insanely good but I have to say this, the three teenagers on the counter today at 7:00pm!!! What a joke completely ignoring the customers, three people on the counter and one person ahead of me and I still had to wait 20 min to pay for a Tshirt, the white guy with black hair was doing nothing but playing on his phone pretending to be busy but was just being lazy and the blond one had no clue how to use the register I had to ask him to get please include my email to get the points because he didn’t even wanted to doit."
