"I was informed after checking, that this location is not following proper policy and is making up their own rules. Beware, does not follow VS headquarters or other stores policies. Got LOTS of empathy, proper compensation and understanding from other VS associates and their corporate team. Sorry this store has become such a bad atmosphere for a dozen+ people. The past reviews speak loudly of all the problem(s) here."

"I was with my sisters shopping at this fav location they were so polite and helped all of us . They took their time to help us each get sized and get our outfits for an upcoming vacation. Love the staff and the manager . We had such an amazing experience we all felt the need to share it ."

"Went to this location, the lady with reddish hair, I think the manager, had a horrible nasty attitude. The whole time she talked to me, she was short and rude, and no name tag. She refused to do a return without receipt, even though she had all my info and the proof of purchase in the system and was looking right at it, because I’m a loyalty member. I went and got the receipt and some other lady did the return. I should’ve read the reviews first. I don’t understand how corporate doesn’t do anything about the employees at this location. What a shame!"

"It definitely has changed, customer service is just not there. I can understand that it gets busy during Christmas but, wow not to the point where you feel an inconvenience and to tell you there are not enough bags when it is clear you have purchased gifts. There were plenty on the counter. I'm really glad that my card was reduced during the pandemic to 100.00 so I don't overspend like I used to. All that online and customer service phone recording that they understand about the pandemic meant jack because I went from 1300 to 100 just because I missed two payments. Thank you for making it clear that I shouldn't over spend and that I shouldn't stay long enough to need assistance."

"Horrible experience today than ever. I originally went to buy a bra, but I saw so many beautiful clothes so I stayed longer. I took a sweatshirt and pants and 3 sets of bras and panties. When the manager comes and tells me that due to store policy I cannot try on all those clothes that are in the bag. It made me feel horrible and super frustrated. I went with the excitement of choosing something sexy to celebrate my anniversary and what I did was waste about an hour and a half that I've been here and I can't try them on. If I don't try on the clothes, I don't buy them because I don't know exactly how they will look on me. Never again."
