"I am very disappointed with the store. I bought a girdle with them a year ago.. the best girdle I have ever bought... then I gave birth and I put the girdle on again and now it is too big for me. I wanted to go back and buy another one but I couldn't because of the schedule so I had to go to another store... the worst mistake! Anyways... google says the store closes at 6:30 but they always close before 6:00 or earlier. I ran from work to get to the store and arrived at 6:10 and they were closed. It's already happened to me three times! When I called and spoke with a woman she told me that I have to call before I leave work to see if they are going to stay open until the supposed time or not. This is not fair ! If they are going to close at whatever time they want, then Google it as well “to Be determined”. A store has to have fixed hours if they want to keep customers, right? For everyone to be able to go when they can. Not changing the schedule depends on the mood of the person in charge. Or are you telling me that Target or Ross close early just because the day's sales are slow?! Nooooooo. Not that way. Super disappointed. Today I called at 6:15 and the lady answered the phone. I was very excited and asked if they were going to be open until 6:30 since I was on my way and it was a block away... the lady told me that they were closed... REALLY?!?!? If they are closed, why do you answer the phone? Oooo they were open but he said no because he didn't have to stay after 6:30? I wasn't even going to take long at the store... where is the customer service? At Asa Moda it is not..."
