"I went to Buckle at Mall of Millenia today and was helped by a lovely lady named Kailey. I cannot say enough good things about her! I walked in there totally defeated after trying on numerous jeans elsewhere that did not meet my expectations at all. As soon as I got there Kailey cheerfully greeted me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and kept coming to check on me in the fitting room also. That level of customer service is almost non existent now and she actually cared about me finding a pair of pants that made me happy! They didn’t have one pair in my color that I absolutely loved so she ordered them for me and got them shipped to my house. Kailey - you’re a rockstar - thanks for helping me today! You deserve a raise!"

"I went to this store a little while ago. I immediately got a bad feeling about the guy who greeted me and my daughter. I really wanted to get some jeans for a concert I was going to and I figured it wouldn't take long, I would be in and out. I was going in for Rock Revival jeans specifically. He turned to my daughter and asked her if she was getting anything as well. she said no. he suggested for her to try on some flair jeans since she's so tall. (she's 11. and 5'3) he said to her you're so tall "gimmie them legs". I was in shock, I wasn't sure I heard him correctly. My daughter confirmed. I dropped everything and got my daughter out of there immediately. Its really disheartening to know this company has someone like that working at such a popular location. I DO NOT recommend. I wonder who else he's made uncomfortable."

"it’s funny how everyone posting a bad review had staff who were “overbearing” and “wouldn’t leave the customer alone while they were shopping” because my mom and i had the exact opposite experience yesterday. when we walked in, around 6:00, there were 3 staff members crowding 2 mannequins on the table only focusing on dressing them, we were not greeted or helped in any manor and assumed they were customers messing around. my mom usually loves this store, though definitely overpriced, and she was excited to go in as we are from out of town, so i went in with her. as someone who has worked in retail for the last 5 years, i know the importance of customer service and how it can completely change a customer’s shopping experience. i never expected to be writing a bad review, as i’m in my early 20s and didn’t want to sound like a karen, but this is crazy, please do better."

"Allison assisted me and she provided over and beyond expectation of customer service! I was looking for a specific shoe, she saved me from driving over 3 hours and had them shipped to me. The were delivered next day! Thank you for your efforts they did not you noticed!!!!!!"
