"Horrible customer service and attitude at the store. Went there to return items, and I was told they don't accept returns at the store due to some kind of 2 days old new policy. Spoke to customer service, and they confirmed that return can be done at any store location. They are obligated to take it back. But I guess rude red-haired woman and no-opinion blonde associate both think it's their store and they are to set the rules. I have to describe their appearance since none were wearing name tags. Sad and pathetic location with no customers inside"

"I love this brand. But unfortunately, there's a salesperson Amalia in this store who makes it unpleasant to visit. She's rude and unprofessional, won't listen to you as a customer, and even enters the fitting room when you're trying on underwear. She displays her attitude and doesn't provide complete information about the return and exchange policy."

"If I could give 0 star I would. I totally agree with BAD ATTITUDE about girl who works there. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from this store or brand!!!! I drove 1 hour to do exchange (no store where I reside) AFTER speaking with salesperson about an exchange. When I arrive, some RUDE GIRL asks what I need. I explain, she takes my items & receipt. RUDE GIRL eventually tells me I can't do exchange, calls me "love" and pushes items in my hand. I ask her "why you have a hard on for this stuff, its neither yours nor your store." She THREATENED to call security on me 3 times because I said that. I also reiterated that I called before I drove over, spent almost $200, and the salesperson I INITIALLY spoke with on the phone had already told her it was ok to do merchandise exchange! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE....SHOP WITH CAUTION! I also ask RUDE GIRL prior to leaving for her name and she stated, "I'm not allowed to give my name." No manager was reportedly in the store. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...my blood pressure was so high afterwards. I had to sit for awhile to get it down before driving an hour."

"Agnes has helped my sister, mom and I with great bras and underwear! This place is better than Victoria secret! My bras fit me and I have comfortable shirts for work and night clothes! You need to check this place out! This place has changed my life! It's really hard to find undergarments that are comfortable for work. I work in the hospital and need to comfy for 12 hours a day!
