"Store employees are very nice, unfortunately manager it’s very difficult to understand situations.. don’t care about the clients, so they can keep coming back to store to Buy more items. I Brought a dress 5 days ago and I came today to change it just for the color. I was not told that dressed are final sale with no change they have a small sign 8x10 saying dress final sale, so if you don’t pay attention they got you. Don’t buy dresses in the store , they will not change dress at all and prices are almost the same as Macys , so spend couple more $50 in Macy’s and they will change for sure and better quantity too. I’m posting the photos so people can see I never used, this is a very bad way of accusing me of using the dress. As a company or manager if you were the person I spoke too, this shows that you don’t care about your clients. I knew you were going to used that as an excuse. I will not recommend to buy from your store not for the policy, it will be now for the way you accused shoppers without a proof of wearing clothes or not. This is ridiculous. DO NOT BUY AT THIS STORE ……."
"We were in Orlando for a short trip, we discovered the store while we were shopping in the mall. We met professional employers and found beautiful disney t-shirts with very reasonable prices. We found a lot of nice tops and jackets on sale. If we have the chance to go to Orlando again, this is for sure a store to visit."
