"Had to downgrade my previous rating. I understand it's a busy time of the year but no excuse for poor customer experience. Buzzed 3 times before a service representative showed up at the locked cologne cabinet. The representative was huffing and annoyed that she needed to help me. If the cabinet had been better organized, I could have been more specific about which products I was interested in as I couldn't read many of the product names or prices. I went to the front of the store to ask for a manager and when the cashier called for a manager, I was disappointed that the individual that huffed at me was the manager. I left the store and went next door. Ross is ideally located next to Marshall's/ Home Goods. My poor experience and interaction with the manager there led to an additional few items in my basket. I think their prices on the same products and Tuesday Seniors discount were even better than Marshalls as well as online shopping. Zoe, the manager is responsible for losing a sale of over $100."

"Still, all the Marshalls are different, although somewhat the same. Identical - in friendly staff who are always happy to help the client. It's just nice to hear questions from the staff - what would you like, mister? And of course, it is impossible to leave without shopping from such a huge store as this one. I would buy a dozen more pots and pans here, but they just won't fit in my kitchen. Thanks guys!"

"I had to run into Marshalls before work. It's supposed to open at 9:30. They had a crowd outside waiting as they were setting up and putting furniture outside. No one could go in until 9:35. Once I got in, I picked out some shirts and stood at the dressing room counter for at least 10 minutes. I finally just went into the dressing room to tried on the stuff. When I got done a lady who worked there seemed very annoyed and said it's closed back here. She turned off the dressing room lights. So you can't try on clothes now?"

"I had a fantastic shopping experience at Marshalls & HomeGoods! These two stores being connected makes it incredibly convenient. First and foremost, the selection of clothes at Marshalls is excellent. They have a wide range of styles and brands, and I always manage to find great deals on fashionable items. The service here is top-notch. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist you in finding what you need. They create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall shopping experience. Another notable aspect is the cleanliness of the store. It's well-maintained, organized, and easy to navigate, making it a pleasure to shop around. Plus, the fact that parking isn't an issue is a huge bonus. Convenience is key, and this Marshalls location certainly delivers in that regard. Overall, this is hands down my favorite Marshalls store so far.
