"Xmas 2023. The sign on the entrance clearly says..40% off ENTIRE STORE! Then when you pick your items and go to pay..the clerk says.."Oh.. Sorry those items are not included in the 40% promotion." I point to the signs...allover the store now and say..."But the signs say 40% off THE ENTIRE STORE?" She responds...yeah...they screwed up because many items are not included in the promotion." I put everything back and left. Memo to the moron idiot who put the signs up...next time...the sign should read..."40% OFF THROUGHOUT THE STORE..ON SELECTED ITEMS"!!!"
"I have shopped at other Talbot locations for years and have always been treated with respect and appreciation, and was made to feel welcome and important as a customer. But my visit to the Winter Park Talbots was a totally opposite experience! The employees were not only unhelpful, but were totally disinterested and extremely rude! I watched as they also ignored other customers, especially other senior citizens. Apparently refolding merchandise was more important than customer service. These employees need retraining or a new job! I will never set foot in this Talbots again."
