"I love the clothes and service. There is no loud music and the sales associates are helpful without being annoying. I will be back!"
"My favorite place, except this morning. Very rude sales Associate, I was joking and said " wow no 10, 20, or 30% off today ". As it also is my birthday month. Associate responded " You will never see that again !! Because don't you know there's a Pandemic out there ? " I was caught off guard. I couldn't believe what she just said, in a condescending way. Then I said " well it's my Birthday month ". She stopped me in my tracks, and said " well you only get 20% off on your birthday month. I have never felt so bad about walking into this store ever. I understand everyone has bad days. Never experienced this here. Never saw this sales Associate before. I left the store !!!! Very saddened by the experience."
