"Last Tuesday night, we had a wonderful experience at Francesca’s. Great food; great service. We brought friends there last night. And the food was great…but the service was horrible. We were seated in the wine room. Our table was the only one assigned to our table. But, he just was non existent. He handed out menus. Disappeared for 20 minutes or so. Then, came back and asked about our food order. We had to remind home we needed to order drinks. Ordered all at once. Brought out drinks way after salads. Disappeared for 30. Finally cleared plates. Drinks and waters needed refills. Which we asked be done. Food was brought, over a course of the next 15. Still no drinks. And needed new forks and knives. It was horrible."

"I had a terrible experience. The clothing and accessories were cute and not overly priced but my mother and I felt extremely unwelcome here. We were passing by the store and the displays caught my attention, I had high hopes considering it’s a chic little boutique but as soon as we walked in we were greeted with attitude by the only clerk in the store. She was average height, young (maybe early 20’s) and blonde but I didn’t catch her name. I figured she just had bad customer service and was tired because they were going to close in about an hour. She had a condescending tone when explaining the buy one get one half off sale which wasn’t necessary considering I already knew how the sale worked. My mother and I browsed the store and two other customers happened to walk in (by coincidence they were Caucasian unlike my mother and I who are brown skinned). She [the clerk] greeted them with a friendly “welcome” and smile and we immediately felt upset and extremely uncomfortable. I put my stuff back and we just walked out. I don’t support the bias and treatment we got here being colored."

"francesca's as a franchise is great, the perfect place to shop for the glamorous ladies in your life. But this location in particular has such a caring staff. They're all so nice. They've helped me picked out outfits for myself and friends numerous times, and even helped me dig through the entire store once to find these pair of earrings I saw one time and regretted not buying. Wonderful store!"
