Roses Discount Store

"This was the worst experience ever! I went in to buy Christmas decor. One of the customer service reps was in the aisle stocking Christmas things and told me that a lot of the items were on sale. However the majority of the items that were on sale did not have the price tag on the item. When I got to the register I asked the cashier to check the prices for me because they were not indicated on the item. She gave me the prices there were three things I did not want due to the price and the whole attitude started right there. She said she can understand why I would bring things to the register I didn't want I told her that I had to bring them because they didn't have a price tag on them. She didn't ring up three of my items mind you now these are the exact same items and they all rang up three different prices so I asked her to take them off of my bill and I did not want them because I didn't understand why they were ringing up three different prices she tried to explain to me that she had voided those and had adjusted the price. However I could not see that based on the information that I could see it didn't look like she had voided anything. In fact it looked like she had added more to the bill. Rather than go back and forth I asked her to please take them off my bill. When I tell you this lady totally transformed and was so rude so mean so disrespectful the way she avoided my whole bill snatched the receipt out the register pushed it in my face and told me I told you I avoided it. I will never come back in here because you should not have to go through that no matter what you change your mind about it the register it is the customer's prerogative to do so."

"Went to do a return in this particular location and was treated horrible by staff. They made me feel as though I was doing something wrong because I was doing a return. After the almost 30 minute waiting for return to be completed, I decided to do a little shopping and to my surprise I over heard the employees talking about me in a negative way about doing the return in their location. I was mortified to say the least. I yelled across the store and advised them I heard every disgusting thing they said about me. I ensured them I was definitely contacting corporate office. I then asked for a supervisor and was told they didn't have a supervisor. I ended up calling corporate office but it only rings busy. Does anyone have another number or contact info for corporate office for this location. This is the worst case of customer service I have ever experienced."

"There was a bit of a line but everything was fine once they opened up another register."

"Unfortunately, this store hires angry cashiers (mainly women), who are unhappy with doing what they do and having a tendency to take it out on Customers. I had a horrible experience with cashiers for this location not being reprimanded for being extremely rude, discourteous, and disrespectful to Customers who do not have to shop there. If the store management is the problem, then they should be replaced. If people are not happy with what they do, they should go do something else... period... Hopefully, they stop hiring angry people who take things out on Customers and others and get rid of poor store management, who do not appreciate the Customers who keep the stores in business."

"If I could I would rate 0 star, well when I was checking out my kid put something in the cart that I did not see, So I give it to the cashier I told her I don’t want it.. she had the nerve to tell me in a rude manner go put it back then I’ll cash you out “this ain’t Burger King have it you’re way” oh my thanks god my kids was with me that day so I had to be the mature one and just walked out. I will never step foot in there again these cashiers have no customer service what so ever"
