I asked her to clean them and she clean them with the bag that she then proceeded to put the sunglasses in the dirty bag and hand them to me. I’m really disappointed, especially because Madewell was one of my first jobs."

"I am super impressed and inspired by my visit today. The ladies at this store did such an incredible job! Their knowledge of the product and ability to relate with their own personal experience is so helpful, and every time I've been in the attendants have seemed cheerful and given off easily-approachable vibes. Today was my first visit where I finally took the time to fully engage myself in finding that perfect pair of denim, and while shopping is usually a huge pain for my short-and-petite self, I genuinely enjoyed trying different sizes and styles of jeans at Madewell today. Huge shoutout to Anastasia, who educated me on the differences in some of their denim fits and styles, set me up with a dressing room full of different options to try and no pressure, and checked in with me throughout the process. I had a return from an online order, and she handled that smoothly as well. The cheeky reminder that it's okay to leave the things I tried and don't want for them to put back was helpful too ;) since I also work retail I'm always trying to pay attention to detail and make less work for store attendants lol. Anyway, I left with a pair of jeans that are already in the running to become my new faves, paid way less money than I expected after discounts, and am more than happy to recommend this location for a lovely shopping experience! I'll be back for sure!"
