"Horrible experience. Went in for my daughter's birthday and she spent over $100. When we got home we saw that all of the security tags were still attached. Called Aerie and spoke with a supervisor named Jack and was told to come back in and they would remove the tags. Not so easy, we live in a totally different city and gas is very expensive. When I asked if they could send out replacements and I could send the other items in I was told no. The best they could do was send out a 25% off coupon. So the only thing they could comp for time, gas and trouble was for me to spend more money with them. The people in the store didn't even seem to want to be bothered with us the first time, why would we go back and spend more money. Not to mention...they obviously don't know how to do something so simple as to remove tags."
