"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My Man and I went into the store 2/21/24 around 6pm and there were 3 employees on site. None of the employees greeted us or welcomed us in. The First one was a man who stood on his phone the entire time like he didn’t even work there. We literally had to ask him times for help and it took forever to get any. The second employee was a pregnant woman who had such an attitude when asking her if they found the size we were looking for not offered any help and the other women was more worried about her child she had in the back of the store where the employees belong instead of doing her job. Upon checking out she never asked for our loyalty number so I told her I had a number she seemed uninterested in even putting my number into the computer as if they were trying to take points for themselves. My man is a sneaker head and spends so much money at this store and yet no points came up when purchasing our items yesterday. This was the worst experience in this store and we have been regulars for years. Corporate really needs to handle this situation and get a whole new staff."
"The customer service is horrible. The associate was very unpleasant and made me feel like I was a bother for her to do her job. I did not have a good experience and the sad part was she was management for that day. City Gear needs to hire people that want to work and have good customer service skills"
