"They have Amazon locker and they have the time as 7 am. The store doesn’t open until 9:30 am. Lady standing there said she couldn’t let me in until 9:30. These people need to be more transparent"
"Customer had picked up my phone while I was trying on shoes. I had only been in the store 5 mins. I ask security if they have found a phone he says no. Girl behind the counter says yes. Than they proceed to ask me to call it before they will give it back. I don’t have a phone to call it with?!? they still have my phone and all my information including id and credit cards in my phone case. Then they ask me the phone number. I give them the phone number but that does nothing. Then ask me what case is on it and I tell them black again still won’t give it to me. It’s not until I tell them about the screen saver will they give my phone back. There is a photo id of me inside the phone. I hadn’t been to Ross in years and I found out why today."
