"Worst customer service experienced at a retail store. My wife received a birthday gift and wanted to exchange the item for another purse that my wife fell in love at the store. Dixie, our sales associate, showed us the tagged price and when I was checking out I noticed $200 more than the expected price. When asked about the difference Dixie told us the item was labeled incorrectly by staff but never informed us and just expected us to pay the difference. Then when she went to the back, her and the manager Stella instead of giving us the tagged price, they printed a new label with the markup and told us it was a human error and that there was nothing the store policy allowed them to do. Stella then said that we could either take the items we came with or pay the difference. I’ve never been to a store where they don’t honor the price tagged on an item. Will never be returning to this store again."
